BBQ and Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

This is one of my favourite recipes! These are perfect to serve as a snack, side or as a fun app on games night. Cauliflower doesn't need to be bland or boring: this is just one way to turn vegetables into something delectable!

Cauliflower is actually a really versatile veggie- its subtle flavour and great texture allow it to transform in so many delicious ways. You won't believe how easy these are to make, and I guarantee they'll be a hit!

You'll need:

1 whole cauliflower

2 cups milk of choice

1.5 cups flour of choice

1 tsp salt

pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

sauces of choice (I use bbq and buffalo)

How-to:

1. Cut your cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

2. In one bowl, add in 2 cups of milk.

3. In another bowl, add in 1.5 cups of flour, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, pepper to taste, and 1 tsp paprika. Mix well.

4. Dip each cauliflower piece into milk, then dip into flour mixture.

5. Lay each piece flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.

7. At this point, toss each cauliflower piece into your sauce of choice, and place back on the baking sheet.

8. Bake again, at 450F for about 20 mins (until they're fully cooked, but still have some bite).

Serve with your favourite ranch dressing, and top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds!
